Step 1: From your ProProfs Knowledge Base dashboard, go to Sites >> '+ Create New.'

Step 2: You can select a ready-made knowledge base design or create one from scratch. To build from scratch, click 'Create.'

Step 3: Enter the site URL name, and click Create.
